Trapping spammers project

I would like to do some project to trap spammers and measure how many spammer using SMTP over TLS SSL or unecrypted. Any guides?

I've got some packet from my friend that need to be analyze. She told me that are packet that those packets showing spammers tried to relay. Anyone willing to analyze this give your opinion? Can email at admin@hakniaga.com
