http:BL & Terms of Use

I'm using the http:BL key on a client's buddypress site through the Bad Behavior plugin. I understand that the access key can only be used by me. Since this is a site for a client, does the client need to get her own key?

Also, I know it's recommended that you install a Honey Pot or QuickLinks. It may be difficult persuading a client to allow Honey Pot installation. I can probably put QuickLinks inside site templates. Regardless, does http:BL require installing a Honey Pot or QuickLinks, or is that just a suggestion?
