This IP is being used on dating web sites like Adult Friend Finder where the scammer attempts to quickly build an intense romantic relationship with the mark while at the same time they are setting up a dramatic scenario that then requires that they ask for large sums of money.
After only 7 email exchanges the scammer using this IP was trying to get me to send them $980.00..
