Well well well. The same IP, engaging in the same automated comment spam injection attempt on the same site where I caught it a few weeks ago, which is quite unusual to see for a small site. Also interesting is to see that the automated comment spam injection operates in a pack: this IP address, plus 92.241.164.108 and 74.208.106.191 try to drop a comment with a boatload of "payday loans" type links, and then their scraping buddy on 92.241.165.236 checks in a few minutes later, to see if their sponsored payload came through. Sadly, all of them were presented with the steel-toed boot greeting, but it's an interesting sight nonetheless, as far as comparable spectacles such as drying paint and growing grass go.

Source of automated comment spam - this one at least stays in character, as it just insists on cramming a bunch of links in its attempted posts - last seen on 2010-04-01 at 21:39:13 UTC.
