On 04/13/10 7:05:09 AM CDT the IP 91.214.45.95 requested URI jummahtube.com/banme.php. They came from [ ] with user agent [Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1) ]. This activity resulted in an automatic and immediate ban via .htaccess.
