This appears to be some sort of proxy, appearing on a list of tor proxies and running privoxy.
We received more than 12,000 requests from this IP over the course of 10 minutes, which included 366 failed attempts at posting comment spam. The requests appear to have attempted to spider our site, looking for form fields to post spam to. January 02 2009 12:20 PM |

Took several misc files then found guestbook and store and went away after trying to POST to store.
