Attempted to post multiple links to "hottopsite.info/[various casino-related pages]" on my forum. Either the bot is smart enough to successfully negotiate captcha the first time, or this is a human.

This person tried hacking our PHPbb multiple times, banned multiple email verify and now range of IP addresses.
Since our forums is mostly hidden makes me think its someone we know.

Just block their entire IP range (87.118.96.0 - 87.118.127.255) and most of your spam disappears.
