All, it is not posting spam. It is making GET requests for your sites' content. There are users doing the same thing. You would see POST requests for spam but this IP posts no spam and is absolutely no threat whatsoever. Thanks.

Harvester.
Illegally reading form fields only meant for post. Went to honeypot method GET with information it was not supposed to have. Blocked on the spot. Up to no good. Part of a bigger (spam) bot network, where also Google APP Engine IPs reside. June 28 2010 10:28 AM |

That ip, 85.92.222.254, made an interesting visit to my site.
Its visit corresponds exactly with a visit from a State of Alaska ip that prowls my sites. The co-visit can be viewed by going to alaskanpolitics.info amd clicking on the image on the top left that says 'arctic grease' or by clicking on the photo of the polar bear. Visited forums with 14 other IP's all doing unknown action and one trying to download a file (the forum database). I would say that this one is still up to no good.

Have a forum and seen this guy downloading the file… banned the IP instantly… good job I did when after, I seen he’s on here.

This IP has been trying to spider my site and hitting on bogus URLs in the crawl. I received 2 notices from my scripts about this IP doing this. I don't know who they are and why they would be crawling my site, but I don't like it so, I'm blocking this IP.
