Yes, if you do a Google search for this IP (use -statistics -log -agent to filter out website logs) you'll find plenty of guestboooks and forums being spammed for a variety of watches, medicines, and other stuff.

i am almost sure that this IP is used to send a lot of spam from with a wide variaty of IP numbers produced in comment spam.

Blatantly ignoring robots.txt. Got stuck in a spider trap and downloaded 8 GB (400 thousand pages) in a day.
