Perhaps instead of spending every cent you come across (your birthday money you spent on ridiculous crap and those Friday nights out?) you should have saved some. I know, I know, you think that you are entitled to those fridays and to spend your birthday money, but guess what? YOU CAN NOT AFFORD THAT CRAP. You are spending money that could be used for things you NEED. No one is entitled to waste money on crap and then whine about how they cant afford to go to the doctor.

Also, while I'm sure that this hip "pain" will keep you from being able to clean your house or do laundry, it certainly hasnt kept you from running to the computer to complain about how horrible you feel, now has it? Get up off your very large butt and exercise, it will go a long way in making you able to get around without pain. Well, I mean you could try eating less and exercising more, but I think we all know that that's not gonna happen."
