This is a TOR IP used in DDOS [attacks eg: against boycottnovell.com - http://boycottnovell.com/2009/05/19/boycott-novell-was-downed-by-heavy-load-malicious-ddos-attacks/ ] and for spam.

9 attempted visits in the last 48 hours (each redirected to my honeypot with http:BL), passing 5 different user agent strings. The last 5 visits were each with a different user agent string -- the first 4 shared a common string.
