Hi,
This IP 213.140.59.46 and 213.140.59.45 belongs to the Algerian mobile provider Mobilis (Algeria Telecom) and these two IPs are shared by all their customers that are behind a NAT. If these two IPs are blacklisted, it means that all their customers are affected. ;) BoF April 11 2011 05:00 PM |
