Bad robot. Definitely. Yet another diffenernt IP being used by the same outfit that visits daily (or more often) for the past many month. Each visit, using a new IP, takes the same pattern of three files including guestbook and poll. Ignored, and thereby disobeyed by taking disallowed files.
