Deployed military member con artist: He has been trying to get me to give him $6K to fly home from his so-called deployed location in the middle of the China sea. He is saying he is a Chief Petty Officer in the Navy with 21 years of service and age 46. I have done my research and the ship he said he is on is not in the China sea. There is a different ship in the China sea. He is going by the name Abraham Ryan Obrien. I looked up his IP address and it is 209.85.220.178
