This is not the first time my site has been hit by this IP address.
See my comment below which I have also submitted previously.

I use a commenting system with a request for e-mail address and Captcha code, however I still get my comments 'reported' from various IP addresses. Hopefully, this is just more of an inconvenience than a threat.

Ignores robot.txt and accessed a bot trap by following a link with the attribute nofollow.
