This IP is connected to a Sprint phone that my Arizona Cardinals sports writer is using to post on my NFL site, until she gets internet service where she just moved.

At least she WAS using her phone, now, she cannot connect to my site because of the security software I just installed. She is blacklisted.

She is not a harvester, spammer or bot, she is a 5'6" beautiful sports writer.

Does Sprint dump dozens of people in the same IP? You show dozens of user agents for her IP, Bots vs Browser shows 65.

Dudes, this is a cell phone IP for a 46 year old single mother sports writer now living on an Indian reservation without Internet service.

I need some answers, as it stands now, Honeypot is doing my site more harm than good. I also do not see a link for "Contact Us", or a way to resolve IP blacklisting.

Do I need to do a batch email to all my members to see who can't log in now? And if several contact me, what do I tell them?

What do I tell this woman?

Do need to uninstall my security software?

Do I need to disassociate myself from sites trying to stop spam?

What?

This site only exists by help from website owners like me, if you want my help, help me resolve this issue. I have been collecting data for months, and doing my own blocking.

You need to contact me.

207.154.59.124 uses "TELECA-/2.0 (BREW 3.1.5; U; EN-US; SAMSUNG; SPH-M800; Teleca/Q05A/INT) MMP/2.0 Profile/MIDP-2.1 Configuration/CLDC-1.2" . . . whatever all that means!
