It sucks being in Vietnam -- and dynamic IPs suck even more! I'm an American living in Vietnam and just like almost everywhere else, we're on dynamic IPs. Lately I've been stuck with this IP (203.160.1.70) and have had the "benefit" of being blocked from YouTube (commenting is disabled on everything and videos will play the first 2-10 seconds then stop), MySpace (forwards to Google), and GoDaddy's parked and forwarded domains. We (the people in my house) don't spam. Blocking IPs for more than a week is simply stupid. No one ever keeps an IP long enough for it to make a difference.
