This is one of the gateways for users of mobile internet of the Greek mobile phone provider CosmOTE (gw1.mycosmos.gr). There are probably a lot of hijacked PCs behind it, but there also a lot of valid users behind it. Clearly at the edge of the usefulness of distinguishing machines by IP.
