I forgot to ban this one at one of my other sites but since I have finally taken to using password_protect.php by zubrag.com for all my guestbooks, contact forms, forums and site registrations (which I have set to log IPs of people accessing it) I have stopped cretins like this 100% and when I see multiple hits in a short span of time, I know who they are.
I also have an auto ban script for anything/anyone accessing forbidden areas of my site. This one got itself banned at one site where I forgot to add the IP to the htaccess and the script did it for me automatically. Bye Bye! STFU Spammers! October 04 2009 02:54 PM |

Not sure why the project's database is identifying this IP as Swiss. My research shows it to definitely be Russian.

Ban 194.8. in htaccess is the only way to stop this thing.
