This Ip 197.8.75.* has made several 100 new user registrations on my forums in the past 2 months. Has comment spammed everything from porn, viagra to weight-loss meds. Wildcard IP banned it and still to this minute continues to attempt to register users despite an IP block message halting the reg process.
