Yeah AG they are related. It seems when you install Trend Micro's free tools (some, not all are a problem) from http://free.antivirus.com/ that spammer IP's are attracted to where ever you are going. For me it was the Web Protection Add-on that caused the problem for me. I will NEVER install THAT again!

Woah I just looked in the logs and realize this IP is trying to get into the ban triggers and take itself out of the ban list!
