Dirty. After 90.153.128.13 (banned) got a 403 each of 2 tries with a different UA, the same obscure file was immediately requested again by 142.32.208.233 (with another UA). See my notes on the persistence of 90.153.128.13. If 142.32.208.233 still looks clean, it will only be because it passes the information to let the dirty work be done through another IP.
