Has been spamming my shoutbox with gibberish for a few weeks. Needs to get by the CAPTCHA to do that. Last seen from this ip on June 21. After I blocked the ip address, the same kinds of spams started coming from Tor's Onion Router, so I blocked all Onion Router ip's per the list at iblocklist.com
