 Quick links expire quickly
Author: M.Brewer5   (8 Feb 23 11:58am)
We run about 45 Drupal sites and configure each site using the single quicklink we created. The quicklinks seem to expire after a week. I read a FAQ on the site that says the quicklinks may expire if the user deletes them but we are not deleting our quicklinks. They are shown on our dashboard for about a week and then they disappear. It doesnt seem practical to have to change the quicklink weekly. Should this be happening?

Did you read
"Only one QuickLink is allowed per user. However, you may include your QuickLink on as many web pages as you wish. "

Or did you mean you created 45 Honey Pots? which you can create one/ website

We have one single quicklink and have it installed on 45 sites. But the quicklinks just disappear and we have to start over.

So yes, I did know that you can only have one. I dont understand why it keeps disappearing.

It was just a thought. I have used the same quicklink on several websites for many years. So I don't know. I would suggest: Go to the <About> page on the menu bar, scroll to the bottom, and try "contact us"
