offtherecord.php gives errors 404

I see in log files that offtherecord.php gives 404 errors.
In page source it refers to http://www.comunedinettuno.it/gotit/cobullfinches.php?option=804 and searches for unionist-secretarial.gif and hideaway-unbiased.gif which are not there.Is this a normal behaviour?
