XML pages do not work

Most of the XML pages have a malformed link in them and don't work.

For example Firefox outputs:

XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
Location: http://www.projecthoneypot.org/list_of_ips.php?m=usr_hp.h.56246&rss=1&rf=56246
