The website should use session_cache_limiter('private');

Since projecthoneypot.org uses PHP sessions, it sends Cache-Control and Pragma headers saying not to cache the pages at all. The Cache-Control header includes no-store, which causes the page to be reloaded even if one just hits the back button. Of course, maybe it's intended, but it's inconvenient.
