Deleting comment spam.

Hi, I'm not sure where else to go with this question but I've Googled my name and found it listed on numerous sites amidst a chunk of random words, underneath an advertisement for a porn site. Is there any way to delete the spam with my name, or is there nothing at all I can do about it?
