Tracking Harvesters/Spammers

Anyone have any info on this dodgy looking "thing" (as detailed below). It visited my site a couple of days ago with no IP address, what looks like a bogus user agent masquerading as Opera. My initial thoughts was a proxy user but as they are hiding their IP address, can only assume that they are up to no good.
