Donating MX Entries

Not sure if I can donate an MX

I'm not to savy when it comes to this, but I did read the FAQ's on the subject. I have a domain where I'm planning on installing a Honeypot, and I'd like to donate an MX entry, but the domain - nfbc.us, is already being used for email addresses and email addresses set up for it are receiving spam. Since I want to continue using my nfbc.us addresses, I'm assuming that I cannot donate an MX entry for ths domain - am I wrong?

That would be correct. However, you could create a sub domain such as xyz.nfbc.us and donate that MX domain.
