Emails non stop

About a week or two ago I changed my emails to monthly and I still received them every day about 3-4 days ago I decided to opt out of communications and I'm still receiving emails. I don't have an active honeypot and I'd like to stop receiving the emails(or least monthly like I attempted to set them to) as they are pointless.
