I'm stumped how an IP address that should be blocked was still able to trigger a honeypot? The IP address is 126.96.36.199, and I've got it blocked in my htaccess file via both 188.8.131.52/26 and 184.108.40.206/16 yet today it still set off a honeypot. This is the first time I've ever seen anything like this happen in over a decade of blocking IP addresses. Am I missing something?
