Have I setup correctly?

Hi, I'm wondering if I've set up httbl up correctly.

This is my config:

<IfModule mod_httpbl.c>
HTTPBLRBLEnabled On
HTTPBLReposDir /var/log/apache2/
HTTPBLLogDir /var/log/apache2/
HTTPBLAccessKey *edited_out* (i put my real key in here)
HTTPBLDefaultAction allow
HTTPBLRBLReqHandler 255:0-255:0-255:0 allow
HTTPBLRBLReqHandler 255:0-30:0-255:255 deny
</IfModule>

because my log file is empty, i'm unsure if I have set it up correctly.

So, have I?

What do you see when you pull up the diagnostic page? The path is usually: /httpbl_diagnostics/
